  After years of hearing from multiple pain management and orthopedic doctors telling me to get used to being on pain meds because there was nothing that could be done. Dr Shah did 2 separate spinal fusions and Dr Dwyer did my shoulder and both knees, and now I have my life back. No pain meds anymore. I would highly recommend Premiere to everyone. Dr Sarkos did surgery on both of my hands as well.
