  Terrible Terrible Terrible... this is the worst dentist office I have ever been in! The staff up front is so nasty and unprofessional I have so many bad things to say. You have a bad experience right from the start with the receptionist , she is very rude and not helpful at all!... She scheduled two wrong spots for my son and would not give me a note for him to go back to school with because he did not “see” the dentist. Then we rescheduled but I had an emergency that day and when she called me I told her I wasn’t going to be able to make the appt and she said the doctor can no longer accept us as a patient ( amongst other rude things she said to me ) I’m fine with that but who is this girl to talk to me like that? I have a business and would never treat my customers like that! Dr Bagley is horrible. He broke my crown ( which he put in)... then broke the tooth next to it and said he was sorry. What?!?! I was furious... Then he actually said to me...”if people would take care of their teeth in the first place none of this would have happened!!” What?!?!.... I could not believe my ears. My husband had work done by the pregnant dentist who was there at the time and she just left and never finished up anything !!... when I said something to the receptionist she tried to turn the tables and said it was our fault for NOT following up!!.... Ummmm isn’t that YOUR job?
  Don’t waste you time or energy on these horrible people
